A future beyond sustainability?

In order to manage a future that goes beyond sustainability we need to not only connect and bridge our complex global challenges with personal development, we need to understand that each merges into the other in a way that makes them inseparable. Yes, personal development is great, but it remains an isolated, individual task, it leads nowhere close to a fulfilling, happy, exciting, joyful life and world. It also needs to become cultural and political. The ongoing challenge is to mutually integrate, facilitate and foster the objective (scientific), the intra-subjective (psychological and spiritual) and the inter-subjective (political and cultural).
