Albert Einstein and the Planet…

We cannot control a complex system like the planet. We are part of the system. Actually, we are the system. Therefore, hope for change in the system has to include:

• the desire and the effort to question ourselves
• the willingness to change ourselves and our mental foundations of our actions. 

This realization is also expressed in the sentence that is often (and probably incorrectly) attributed to Albert Einstein: “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”
